Schleswig-Holstein’s Higher Administrative Court has overturned the so-called ban on tourist accommodation. In summary proceedings today, the court in Schleswig ruled that the regulation was unlawful. For travellers, this means that, with immediate effect, they can invoke the Higher Administrative Court’s ruling and stay overnight in Schleswig-Holstein even without a negative COVID-19 test.
