Then the Holsteiner Shop is the right place for you. The shop has been completely restructured at the association's premises in Elmshorn and looks forward to your support in its further development.

Your responsibilities:

• Shipping processing and cooperation with the postal service
• Customer service: processing customer enquiries, providing advice and conducting sales discussions
• Replenishing, sorting and maintaining our product range
• Participation in range and collection planning
• Assistance at events and trade fairs (mainly in Elmshorn, several times a year at other locations)
• Transport of goods and packaging materials from A to B

What we expect from you:

• Pleasure in customer contact and a friendly, open demeanor
• An independent, reliable and meticulous way of working
• Team spirit and a desire to find solutions together
• Willingness to help out at events on weekends as well
• Interest in products, range and processes in the shop
• An advantage: knowledge of Shopify & DHL national & international shipping

Working hours & framework conditions:

• Minijob basis
• Approx. 5 to 10 hours per week on average or flexible working hour model: working with accrued or deficit hours is possible, for example, to save up hours for events
• Assignments can be in the shop, in shipping or at events as required
