We’re looking for a go-getter (m/f/d) who, with their own initiative, business acumen and a desire to take on responsibility, will manage our online shop as well as our high-street shop in Elmshorn.
Scope of work: Part-time or full-time (by agreement)
Start date: Immediately or by agreement
Your responsibilities
- Managing and developing our online shop and high-street shop in Elmshorn
- Managing the Holsteiner shop during our events
- Responsibility for product range planning, purchasing and sales promotion
- Managing and optimising sales processes, logistics and stock management
- Helping to develop and implement marketing and sales strategies (online and offline) together with our team
- Point of contact for customers and business partners
Your profile
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in retail would be desirable
- High level of initiative, entrepreneurial mindset and a structured approach to work
- Organisational skills and a genuine enjoyment of working with customers
- Confidence in using digital tools and shop systems (Shopify) or a willingness to learn these skills
