Results of the TG auction: Holstein’s Treasure Trove
For the first time, a Holsteiner auction was held featuring frozen semen from some of the most prominent stallions of all time.
The highest price was paid for a straw by Cor de la Bryère, which was sold to a buyer in Germany for €10,900. A straw by Cassini I cost €10,450, whilst a straw by Carthago was worth €10,150 to buyers. You can find
