Derby Talk: Holstein Foal Auction – A conversation with Felix Flinzer and ...
In a few days’ time, the first horse will set foot on the turf where the Derby course is currently being laid out and all the surrounding arrangements are being finalised for tens of thousands of spectators. Numerous Holstein horses have already made history here and sent the crowd into raptures – at the Holstein Foal Auction on 9 May, eleven promising young horses will be put up for auction, many of them with their own Derby history.
