The Holsteiners remain on a winning streak ‘in eventing’:
The winners of the CCI4* L in Leesburg (USA) were Quasi Cool by Quo Vados-Lord (Witt Pferdezucht GbR, Wellinghusen) and Phillip Dutton (USA). The CCI4* S was won by Chin Tonic HS by Chin Champ-Quinar (Inken Gräfin Platen-Hallermund, Wangels), ridden by Aachen winner William Coleman (USA). In the CCI3* for young horses, Isla de Coco by Cascadello I out of Limbus (Birgit Becker, Metelen) took second place under Ariel Grald (USA). There was another Holsteiner placing in Spokane (USA): Friday by Chin Champ–Caretano (Karl Maulhardt, Bodenrode) took second place in the CCI3* S under Jordan Linstedt (USA).
Calle by Cristo-Quebec (Lutz Dechau, Nutteln), ridden by Yoshiaki Oiwa (Japan), was the highest-placed Holsteiner, finishing sixth in the CCI4*-NC L in Boekelo (Netherlands). Quidditch K by Quiwi Dream-Cassini I (photo: Miriam Kühl, Broderstorf) was part of the German team, ridden by Malin Hansen-Hotopp, which finished third. In the individual classification, the pair came 16th.
