As part of the Holsteiner Verband’s Eventing Working Group, staff and volunteers came up with the idea of organising a ‘Future Day’ for Holsteiner eventing horses – or those with the potential to become eventing horses.
This event will now take place for the first time on Friday 10 October 2025 in Elmshorn.
Participants will have the opportunity to present their horses to a renowned trainer. For those interested and whose horses show the necessary aptitude, there is also the option to have the horse assessed for the Elite Riding Horse Auction. Video recordings will also be made during the event.
Three-year-old horses will be shown in the basic gaits and free jumping, whilst older horses will be shown on the course and in dressage-style work. The event also serves as a venue for discussion, networking and private sales, and is expected to begin at 2 pm.
