My ideas regarding the development of the overall association, stallion keeping and marketing: From the association, I wish that it offers breeders the best possible conditions through good framework conditions. This includes affordable prices as well as the best possible information. In addition, we must critically examine the opportunities of the future. This includes genomic selection, further development of the health database, etc. I am also committed to a well-positioned association stallion keeping. My wish is that we succeed in once again making top "Holsteiner" sires available to our breeders. At the same time, I also wish for appreciation for private stallion keeping. In marketing, it has been shown that the facility in Elmshorn also offers good conditions for an elite auction and licensing. Now it is a matter of refining this and developing it with care. I wish to further expand networking with intermediaries abroad.
As a board member, I would like to achieve the following: A "welcoming culture" of the Holsteiner Verband is close to my heart. Regardless of whether top-level sport, recreational sport, dressage, show jumping or eventing, every rider/customer, as well as breeder, young breeder, and employee should feel respected and welcome in our community. Together, to lead the success story of the Holsteiner horse into the future is my drive!
