London wins at Aston Le Walls
Almost all British championship candidates competed in Aston le Walls. Demand was so high that the CCI4*S with more than 100 starters each was decided in two sections.
In the first section, London by Landos-Quinar (photo; Ocke Riewerts, Alkersum) and Laura Collett took the victory with their dressage score of 20.5 penalties. The former auction horse JR Dublin by Diarado-Canto (Volker Göttsche-Götze, Gr. Buchwald) finished sixth under Nicola Wilson. As his rider announced on Facebook, JR Dublin is set to make his five-star debut in Luhmühlen in a few weeks. He also finished the test with his dressage score. Seventh place went to Cola III by Catoki-Contender (Peter Böge, Schönhorst) under Bubby Upton.
