National Championships: Opening-round victories for Conchezz, Chacfire and ...

On Friday, the first show jumping competitions of the 2026 Holsteiner Horse Days took place, featuring the qualifiers for four-, five- and seven-year-olds.

In the four-year-olds’ class, Conchezz by Colestus-Caretino (Sören von Rönne) took the top spot (cover photo). With a flawless ‘Very Good’ – expressed as a score of 9.0 – Arne van Heel and the former Holsteiner Champion Stallion won the Class A* show jumping class. Second place (8.7) went to Here I am P by Heartbreaker-Colman (Timm Peters) and Jan-Pierre Fromberger, ahead of Kimberly Marie Klügel on Un Couer by United Way-Cristo (Karola Boley) and Christopher Ditmann on Visconti by Valensky-Classe, who was taking part in this show jumping event as part of the stallion performance test.


Chacfire by Chacfly and Tjade Carstensen

Tjade Carstensen claimed victory in the five-year-old show jumpers class, riding Chacfire by Chacfly-Levisto (Jörg Carstensen). With a score of 8.8, the pair secured their place in the State Championships. Second place (8.6) went to Chaboom by Cabrio v/d Heffinck-Diamant de Semilly (Harm Sievers) and Rebecca-Juana Gerken. Third place was shared by Churro by Chopin-Emerald van’t Ruytershof (Manfred von Allwörden) with Hannes Ahlmann and Kantato by Ketaon-Casall (Manfred Birchler) with Arne van Heel, both scoring 8.5.


Molly Malone W by Casall and Charlotte Westphal

Molly Malone W by Casall-Corrado I (Maike Westphal) and Charlotte Westphal were the winners of the seven-year-olds’ qualifier. With the fastest clear round, the pair took the lead in the M** show jumping class. In second place were Hannes Ahlmann and Converse by Charleston-Quintero (Reimer Detlef Hennings). Third place was secured by Simon Heineke and Sunny Boy by Sandro Junior-Connor (Josef Schmid).
