Un Coeur by United Way and Kimberly Marie Klügel
Kimberly Marie Klügel has taken over the training of this former Holsteiner auction horse. Un Coeur comes from the Holsteiner mare line 6879, specifically the branch from which the ‘Horse of the Century’, Corrado, also originated. “A horse with a very good attitude, who is very light-footed over the jump, responds well to his rider’s cues and always concentrates on the top rail,” praised judge Peter Schmerling. This earned him a straight ‘Very Good’, 9.0.

Conchezz by Colestus and Arne van Heel
The silver medal went to the winner of the qualifier: the 2024 Holsteiner Champion Stallion, Conchezz by Colestus-Caretino, from line 6688. Sören von Rönne bred him, with Arne van Heel in the saddle of the grey. The judges awarded his performance a score of 8.8. “Just as yesterday, Conchezz is once again demonstrating his exceptionally high fundamental quality today. He possesses an uphill canter with plenty of ground cover and a very good lateral profile,” said the judges.

Cognac by Comme il faut and Arne van Heel
The jury awarded third place in the State Championship to another licensed stallion, also presented by Arne van Heel. We are talking about Cognac by Comme il faut–Monte Bellini, bred by Nybor Pferde GmbH & Co. KG, whose second dam is none other than Marcus Ehning’s Sabrina by Sandro Boy. Peter Schmerling was also full of praise for this up-and-coming talent: “A horse with excellent rideability and a very good point of drive, which always jumps with a relaxed and generous hind-quarter action, knows how to use its body and copes very well with tight distances.” Score: 8.7
