The Holstein State Championship for seven-year-old show jumpers was decided in a fast-paced jump-off. Seven pairs qualified for the decisive jump-off in the S* class show jumping competition.
In the end, one pair galloped away from the competition: Janine Rijenks and Twingo by Twilight-Hermes de Lux (cover photo), bred by the Swedish breeder Susanna Hallden. The grey horse is descended from the famous 1916 line. Riding a clear round in 37.56 seconds, the pair crossed the finish line to claim victory.
Dumbledore by Denver and Tjade Carstensen
Dumbledore by Denver-Quick Star (Hobe Magens) and Tjade Carstensen took silver. The gelding from the legendary “Bühne line” also remained faultless and can now call himself Vice-State Champion.
The third-placed horse in this competition comes from the stud of Manfred von Allwörden. Malia VA by Cooper-Kannan and Diarmuid Howley also rode a clear round.
