The studbook office of the Association of Breeders of the Holsteiner Horse (Verband der Züchter des Holsteiner Pferdes e.V.), previously based in Kiel, will relocate to the association premises in Elmshorn at the beginning of 2026.

The executive board made this decision in the course of restructuring measures intended to ensure a contemporary and future-oriented alignment of all departments. Those in responsible positions also expect synergy effects from the move, as the studbook office will in future operate jointly in the existing office spaces with the Elmshorn team for stallion keeping and marketing. All association employees in Kiel are being offered the opportunity to continue their work in Elmshorn.
