Timmo v. Timolino xx-Carlos D (Ole Lehmann, Grästen), Stamm 6042, and Nicolai Aldinger (GER) are preparing for the five-star highlight of the season in Badminton (GBR). And things couldn’t be going any better: the pair are heading home from Strzegom in Poland with a victory in the CCI4* short course, having managed to hold onto their dressage score of -33.0 right until the end. “Timmo was in great form, jumped superbly and moved really beautifully. When he’s like that, cross-country riding with him feels pretty straightforward,” Aldinger told Buschreiter.de. Their next competition will be the five-star classic in Great Britain. “The competition has confirmed to me that we’re on the right track,” said Aldinger optimistically.
Prof. Dr Hartwig Schmidt from Borsfleth is the breeder of Davenport VDL by Diamant de Semilly. On his dam’s side, the stallion traces back to the recently deceased C-Indoctro and belongs to line 104A. In Abu Dhabi (UAE), he won a 1.55-metre show jumping class with Khaled Almobty (KSA).
Federico Cierisi (ITA) is in the saddle on Quincy Juice: the son of Quidam de Revel-Cristo was bred by William Weber of Brande-Hörnerkirchen, line 1907. In Arezzo (ITA), the pair secured first place over 1.45 metres.
Tornado VS by Toulon-Contender (Vanessa Schockemöhle, Mühlen) has already represented Spain in championships under Armando Traporte (ESP), for example at the 2023 European Championships in Milan (ITA). In Oliva Nova (ESP), the pair took silver in a 1.45-metre show jumping class.
