Elysium by Zirocco Blue-Coronado I (Manfred Tummes, Mühlheim), dam line 4539, and Hans-Dieter Dreher (GER) have a highly successful season behind them: Following top placings in Hamburg, St. Gallen (SUI) and Aachen, the combination ranked second and third in Spruce Meadows (CAN) over 1.60 metres and 1.55 metres.
Jumping to bronze over 1.55 metres was C-Steffra by Clarimo-Lavall I (Gerd Carstensen, Hörup), dam line 242, with Niklaus Schurtenberger (SUI) in Ascona (SUI) over 1.50 metres. The pair was recently part of the victorious Swiss team in the Nations Cup of Aachen.
In Opglabbeek (BEL), the Cassini I-Carpaccio son Caspaccio won a 1.45-metre two-phase show jumping class with Alexandr Imschenetzky (CHI). The grey was bred by Hans Peter Petersen (Tating) and represents dam line 1298.
At the Chiemsee Festival in Ising, Centos by C-Trenton-Sir Shostakovich xx (Albert Hein, St. Margarethen), dam line 308, won an advanced two-phase show jumping class with Nathalie Fichtner in the saddle. A horse with Holsteiner papers also followed in second position, namely Chimney Sweep by Calato-Contender (Hans-Hermann Gericke, Tönning) with Lisa Schill-Huber. The mare from dam line 2269 once changed ownership via a Holsteiner auction. Colani by Connor-Quadrigo (Silke Bunte, Hoffeld), dam line 18A1, and Cathleen Rodriguez (GER) finished sixth.
Celina by Contendro I-Lacantus (Klaus Knickrehm, Lütjensee), dam line 844, and the Austrian rider Lena Binder won a 1.45-metre class in Samorin (SVK). In addition, Locanto RN by Carembar de Muze-Canturo (Reimer Nagel, Marne), dam line 18B1, and Ales Opatrny (CZE) jumped to second place.
