Following the very positive response to the #EVENTERtobe initiative to promote Holsteiner eventing horses, there is more good news for fans of eventing: in March, Hans Melzer was secured to lead a training course, this time in Todesfelde.
Two-day cross-country clinic to promote the Holsteiner horse in eventing, led by Hans Melzer on 14 and 15 March 2026 at Kai Wullweber’s facilities in 23826 Todesfelde, Fredesdorfer Straße 3
The clinic is aimed at riders of all ages riding four- to seven-year-old Holsteiner horses, and riders aged 25 and under riding Holsteiner horses.
Riding sessions will last one hour per day in groups of three horses. Places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, taking into account suitable group compositions.
Cost: €130 plus €20 for use of the facilities for both days
The ‘Holsteiner Zucht- und Sportförderung’ (Holsteiner Breeding and Sport Promotion) covers the venue hire fees for the above-mentioned group and subsidises each training session by 10 euros. The cost for the two training sessions per person is therefore 110 euros.
Should any places still be available, further interested participants may be admitted on the standard terms.
Participation is at your own risk. Helmets and high-visibility vests are compulsory!
