The performance test for 4- and 5-year-old stallions came to an end on Wednesday in Münster-Handorf.
The two four-year-old licensed stallions, Cardentos and Urthago, completed the test with good marks. Cardentos by Cardento – Quo Vados I finished the test with a weighted final mark of 8.13, with an emphasis on jumping. Cardentos was presented by his breeder, Pferdezucht GbR Witt, Wellinghusen.
Urthago by Uriko – Mylord Carthago, bred by Vicky Castegren at Hyperion Stud, Barboursville, USA, achieved a weighted final mark with an emphasis on jumping of 8.11.
The stallions approved for the breeding trial, Cornet’s Quaprice by Cornet Obolensky – Quaprice Bois Margot (breeder: P. Bastiaansen, PA Tilburg, owner:Sven Völz, Bienenbüttel OT Edendorf) and Eclips VDL by Etoulon VDL – Lux Z (breeder: D de Jong, KB Spannum, trainer: VDL Stud, BR Bears) successfully completed the performance test for five-year-old stallions (Part II).
