At the International German Championships in Riesenbeck, the licensed stallion Chubakko by Connor-Colman (Wolfgang Söhner, Krautheim), line 890, demonstrated his class in the Youngster Tour alongside his trainer Christian Kukuk and won the final class. The seven-year-old is stabled with Ludger Beerbaum, where Kukuk works as a rider. Fourth place in this competition went to Cupfer by Casall-Landos (Nybor Pferde GmbH & Co. KG, Borken-Weseke), line 4, and Markus Ehning. Mythos by Cascadello I-Cento (Frank Plock, Borken), line 890, finished fifth under Rene Dittmer.

Finja Bormann was crowned the new German Champion in the CSI2* Tour, whilst second place in the final went to Quantus (by Quantum Cardino, Franz-Josef Eickhoff, Essen), line 6075, ridden by Barbara Steurer-Collee. Fifth in this championship was the former Holsteiner auction horse Camalita by Cracker Jack-Quinar (Roswitha Thomsen, Epenwöhrden), line 6582, ridden by Laura Klaphake.
