In Neustadt an der Dosse, the 50-day stallion performance test came to an end on 19 November – and a Holsteiner finished top of the class.
Chezzini by Chezarro-Cassini II, who was licensed in Elmshorn in 2024 and sold at auction to Italy, led the field of 23 stallions. Chezzini was bred by Hanno Lorenzen from Rantrum and impressed the judges in his performance test particularly with his canter, his inner qualities, character and temperament, as well as his willingness to perform: the judges awarded him a score of 9.0 in each of these categories. The bay stallion also impressed with his ability (8.5), manner (8.5) and rideability (8.5/8.75). Chezzini ultimately achieved an overall score of 8.60.
These are all the results for Holsteiners, regardless of their licensing status with the Holsteiner Verband:

Team Holstein-Italy is delighted with the test results!
