This ball is one of the most popular events in northern Germany: the
Horse Lovers’ Ball at the Holstenhallen in Neumünster will take place on 22 January 2022.

Socialising, excitement and splendour – the Horse Lovers’ Ball has it all. With
around 5,000 visitors of all ages celebrating together in a cheerful and peaceful atmosphere,
the Horse Lovers’ Ball is one of the most popular events in Schleswig-Holstein.
Live bands keep the dancing going non-stop, whilst a disco and marching bands add to the fun.
Tickets for a table seating 12 cost 420 euros (per table). Individual seats at tables
are available for 40 euros per person. So-called ‘saddle area’ tickets grant entry
to all halls without a guaranteed seat and cost 25 euros per person. The current
requirement for admission is the 2G rule, under which only vaccinated and
recovered individuals are permitted entry to the Holstenhallen.

Horse Lovers’ Ball,” said Matthias Karstens, Managing Director of
the Schleswig-Holstein Equestrian Association. “We are firmly committed to managing the coronavirus pandemic in the best and
most responsible way possible and are aware of our responsibility
to society as a whole. With this
flagship event, we aim to instil confidence and hope for the new year and, after a year’s hiatus, are
looking forward to a glittering celebration,” said Karstens.
