Field trials get underway: 13 mares receive excellent marks
30 full-sized horses competed in the first mare performance test of the year, organised by the Holsteiner Verband in collaboration with the Schleswig-Holstein/Hamburg Stud Book in Elmshorn.
And the young mares performed very well: 13 of them completed the field test with an overall score of 8.0 or higher.
Papa’s kleines Fienchen by For Romance-Catoo (ZG Diercks, Klein Nordende) achieved the best result with a final mark of 8.80.

The second field test in Elmshorn is scheduled for 24 June. The closing date for entries is 10 June 2026.
