Farewell to Breido Graf zu Rantzau
In deep sorrow, we must bid farewell to our honorary chairman Breido Graf zu Rantzau. Following a severe illness, he passed away in the night of 6 November 2022. We express our deepest sympathy and sincere condolences to his family and all relatives.
His work and his influence on Holsteiner horse breeding were pioneering and lasting, leading it to become one of the most successful horse breeding programmes in the world. The Holsteiners are losing a very good friend and advisor. His extraordinary commitment to the Holsteiner horse will always remain present with us.
