On 10 March 1997, Götz Hartmann joined the office of the breeding department at the Holsteiner Verband in Kiel as a new employee.Even during his school days and later during his agricultural science studies at CAU in Kiel, he was connected to equestrian sport and horse breeding. He gained his practical agricultural experience at Gut Güldenstein, with the Duke of Oldenburg. Horse breeding and association work were already introduced to him during his studies at the Holsteiner Verband in Kiel. Götz Hartmann worked for us as a student assistant for several years. During this time, he immediately struck all employees as particularly reliable, highly interested and extremely competent, especially in the field of IT.In his 25 years with the Holsteiner Verband, Götz Hartmann has earned great respect through his straightforwardness, professional competence, reliability and loyalty towards all association employees and breeders.
