Press release from the Maas J. Hell Stud Farm
From 13 to 16 June, Elmshorn will be the venue and meeting point for the Holsteiner State Championships and the Association’s Mare Show. The Maas J. Hell Stud is delighted to once again host the championship for seven-year-old Holsteiner show jumpers. On Saturday at 9.30 am, the final competition for the young horses will take place on the grounds of the Holsteiner Verband in an S* class show jumping competition with a jump-off.
Horse breeding and equestrian sport are inextricably linked, and the Maas J. Hell Stud in Klein Offenseth is committed to fostering this connection. Outstanding stallions have been used for breeding at the station for decades and have sired horses of remarkable sporting ability. With Chavaros II by Charleston-Con Air, the station itself is entering the 1st reserve champion of the 2021 Holstein licensing and the highest-scoring stallion (8.8) in the 2024 Münster-Handorf sport test into the State Championship for five-year-old show jumpers. Our four-year-old Diacont by Diamant de Semilly–Contender is competing in the State Championship for his age group. Both horses will be presented by their trainer, Philipp Schulze.
The Maas J. Hell stud farm will be present at the State Championships from Thursday to Sunday and, as always, invites breeders to drop by for a visit and a chat.
