With an impressive performance, Diamant van Klapscheut Z (Diamant de Semilly – Cicero Z) celebrated his debut at 1.50m level last weekend—and immediately secured second place in the Grand Prix of Scharnebeck, an S*** show jumping class with jump-off. The highly talented 9-year-old stallion inspired with a confident clear round in the initial course and an equally faultless jump-off, which earned him second place in a strong starting field. Equipped with exceptional reflexes, rideability, and carefulness over the fence, the stallion confirms not only his sporting potential at the highest level, but also his breeding relevance—supported by a maternal line that goes back via Koriana and Coriana van Klapscheut to international 1.60m successes and top sires such as Darco and Heartbreaker. In the current breeding season, Diamant van Klapscheut Z is available to breeders via fresh semen.
His stable neighbours Chicago Blue VDL and Uncle Joe van‘t Meulenhof also competed appropriately for their age in young horse jumping classes.
Chicago Blue VDL, a direct son of Chacco Blue out of Ben Maher's Cella, secured 2nd and 5th place in the two A-level young horse jumping classes.
Uncle Joe van‘t Meulenhof by Libero H/Carthago secured 3rd place.
