What a special year for the offspring of Cascadello I! They are celebrating major successes worldwide up to CSI 5* level.

So it is not surprising that Cascadello I ranks 25th in the current WBFSH world ranking list. Particularly impressive is that, at 14 years of age, Cascadello is by far the youngest sire and, due to his young age, has only introduced three crop years into the world ranking list. In direct comparison, the older sires placed directly ahead of him, such as Calvaro and Baloubet Du Rouet, present significantly more crop years in international top-level sport.

The ranking list of Cascadello's most successful offspring is led by Cascadello Boy RM (bred by Josef Ruyter) out of Baloudora (Rhine) by Balou du Rouet under Meshari Alharbi (KSA) and Crossover 4 (bred by Harm Wiebusch) out of Chakira (Hanover) by Chacco-Blue under Chloe Reid. But these are not the only horse personalities currently promoting their sire Cascadello I on the big stage. In December 2023, Carissimo 25 (bred by Sport A Media S.R.O.) out of T-Carissima by Clinton I under Aaron Vale (USA) won the CSI4* Grand Prix (160 cm) in Wellington. Also on the rise is the 10-year-old gelding Cydello (bred by Christof Schörnig) out of For Evita (Hanover) by Forsyth. Two weeks ago, he also won in Wellington in the CSI3* Grand Prix (155 cm) under Richard Vogel.

Cascadello's offspring are showing themselves at the highest level in international sport and it remains exciting to observe the further path of his offspring.
