World Championships for Young Show Jumpers featuring five Holstein Association ...

The World Championships for Young Show Jumpers in Lanaken (BEL) is celebrating its 30th anniversary – from 24 to 28 September.

The main focus is, of course, on the young athletes in the show jumping arena, who will be competing to be crowned world champions. However, the Belgian Championships and the ‘Sires of the World’ show jumping event on Friday afternoon are also highlights of the programme. Five association-owned stallions are taking part in this prestigious competition: namely the five-year-old Deichkind by Don VHP-Limbus (Rasmus Lüneburg, Hetlingen), line 8763, ridden by Arne van Heel, and Union City by United Way-Connor (Alf Bartholomäus, Klein Offenseth), line 18A2, ridden by Lucas Wenz. Also competing is the seven-year-old Vigado by Vigo d’Arsouilles-Quo Vados I (Witt Pferdezucht GbR, Wellinghusen), line 776, ridden by Lucas Wenz. In the Sires of the World (1.50 metres) class, Keaton HV by Kannan-Contendro I (Rudolf Schmitt, Wöhrden), line 4847, and Arne van Heel, as well as United Way by Uriko-Concerto II (Holsteiner Verband, Elmshorn), line 1916, with Lucas Wenz.

In addition, Holsteiner Verband Hengsthaltungs GmbH will have a stand at the Ratina Z-Arena. You are warmly invited to pop by for a chat and to discuss the sport. It’s also a great opportunity to exchange ideas about potential mating decisions for the coming breeding season. The team at Hengsthaltungs GmbH looks forward to seeing you!
