To mark the competition’s 75th anniversary, Lucas Wenz and Arne van Heel competed at the VR Classics in Neumünster with four Holsteiner Association stallions and returned home with a number of top-class placings to their name.
Lucas Wenz presented Vigado by Vigo d’Arsouilles-Quo Vados I (Witt Pferdezucht GbR, Wellinghusen), line 776, in the Youngster Tour. The pair finished eleventh in the first class and ninth in the final.
Charaktervoll HV by Comme il faut–Contendro I (Manfred von Allwörden, Grönwohld), line 474A, secured third place in the national tour over 1.40 metres.
United Way by Uriko-Concerto II (Holsteiner Verband, Elmshorn), line 1916, and Lucas Wenz also secured a 13th-place finish in the Neumünster Championship on their debut at 1.55-metre level.
