As announced by Holsteiner Verband Vermarktungs und Auktions GmbH, the first Holsteiner Foal Month will take place from 28 August to 25 September 2023. This new platform is designed to support Holsteiner breeders in marketing their offspring. Holsteiner Verband Hengsthaltungs GmbH guarantees a financial contribution to participating breeders whose foals are sired by a stallion from its stud.
During Holsteiner Foal Month, the foals on offer will be presented online with professionally produced photos and videos. Participation, including the production, editing and uploading of the footage, is available at the standard price of €250 plus VAT per foal. “We will subsidise the offer by 150 euros per foal sired by a stallion sourced through Elmshorn,” announces Managing Director Sebastian Rohde, sharing this welcome news. Consequently, breeders can take part in Holsteiner Foal Month for as little as 100 euros plus VAT.
