The final day of the Springflut Festival in Hörup was a day of firsts for the Holstein Association’s stallions:
Chezarro by Casall-Conteur (Gabriele Kowalski, Stadum), line 1298, secured his first S* placings with Lucas Wenz in the saddle: the pair finished seventh in a challenging Youngster class. In the same class, Charaktervoller HV by Comme il faut-Contendro I (Manfred von Allwörden, Grönwohld), line 474A, and Rolf-Göran Bengtsson came ninth.
And after United Way by Uriko-Concerto II (Holsteiner Verband, Elmshorn), line 1916, had secured his first 1.45-metre placing with Lucas Wenz just a few weeks ago during the Holsteiner Pferdetage, he was now able to reach another milestone in his career in Hörup: In his first start at S*** level (1.50 metres), he and Wenz remained clear of faults in both the first round and the jump-off, finishing in an excellent fifth place.
