Last weekend, Arne van Heel, Lucas Wenz and Rolf-Göran Bengtsson enjoyed success with the association’s stallions at the competition venues in Leck, Riesenbeck and Stockholm.

Deichkind by Don-Limbus (Rasmus Lüneburg, Hetlingen), line 8763, took fourth place with Arne van Heel in a Class A** show jumping class, scoring 8.1. Daikon by Dominator Z-Cassini I (Manfred von Allwörden, Grönwohld), line 18A2, took second place in an L-class show jumping test and fourth place in an M-class show jumping test, after the judges awarded him a score of 8.5 in both tests. 

Meanwhile, Lucas Wenz was competing in Riesenbeck – and with great success: Vigado by Vigo d’Arsouilles-Quo Vados I (Witt Pferdezucht GbR, Wellinghusen), line 776, placed several times in the Youngster Tour, finishing eighth and 15th. Chezarro by Casall-Conteur (Gabriele Kowalski, Stadum), line 1298, improved with every start in the Small Tour: after finishing twelfth in the first class, he came fifth in round two and jumped to third place in the final. Corfu de la Vie by Cumano-Lord (Haras de la Vie/BEL), line 741, secured his first international placing at 1.40-metre level, finishing eighth. And United Way by Uriko-Concerto II (Holsteiner Verband, Elmshorn), line 1916, came ninth in the Riesenbeck Grand Prix, a 1.45-metre class. 

Rolf-Göran Bengtsson and Zuccero HV by Zirocco Blue-Caretino (Hanno Köhncke, Badendorf), line 4539, secured two bronze medals at the Sweden Horse Show in Stockholm: once in a 1.50-metre show jumping class and once in the Grand Prix, a 1.55-metre competition with a jump-off.
