For some association stallions, the 2024 competition season gets underway this week in Leipzig and Friedrichshulde.
Zuccero by Zirocco Blue-Caretino (Hanno Köhncke, Badendorf), line 4539, and Charaktervoll by Comme il faut–Contendro I (Manfred von Allwörden, Grönwohld), line 474A, are competing with Rolf-Göran Bengtsson at the World Cup competition in Leipzig.
Five stallions will be on display at the Hamburg Equestrian Centre in Friedrichshulde: on Tuesday 16 January, Dilaro by Dinken-Casall (Johann Hermann Claussen, Neuenkirchen), line 3389, and Jayke Junge will compete in an L-class show jumping class. On Wednesday 17 January, Million’s Way by Million Dollar-Concerto II (Holsteiner Verband Hengsthaltungs GmbH, Elmshorn), line 1916, is entered for an M*-class show jumping class. In another M* show jumping class, Chezarro by Casall-Conteur (Gabriele Kowalski, Stadum), line 1298, Corfu de la Vie by Cumano-Lord (Haras de la Vie, BEL), line 741, and United Way by Uriko-Concerto II (Holsteiner Verband, Elmshorn), line 1916, will be competing with Lucas Wenz and Jayke Junge. United Way and Corfu de la Vie are entered in the subsequent M** show jumping competition.
