The spring dates for „Verbandshengste on Tour“ in several breeding districts in Schleswig-Holstein were very well received by numerous breeders and interested parties. And this year, there will once again be an event in the Europe breeding district, where several stallions will present themselves under saddle and in a short course.
On Tuesday, 10 September 2024, they will present themselves from 16:00 at Gestüt Prinzenberg in Pfungstadt. This is where Sophie Hinners, Richard Vogel and their team normally train their young prospects. In an atmospheric setting, you will gain training impressions of the Holsteiner stallions.
Managing Director Sebastian Rohde, championship rider David Will and Matthias Wittke, chairman of the Europe breeding district, are already a well-rehearsed team in presenting and commenting on the stallions. “Last year, the conformation evaluation of the sires on hard ground also met with a very positive response,” says Sebastian Rohde, “which is why we want to repeat this, as well as getting to know the stallions more closely in the stable.” Following the presentation, questions can be asked, breeding decisions for 2025 discussed in expert detail, and the evening enjoyed with cool drinks.
