The Holsteiner Verband Hengsthaltungs GmbH is part of the corporate group of the Holsteiner Verband. The Holsteiner Verband is a traditional enterprise with the highest standards. The association's own stallion station
operates an artificial insemination station equipped in accordance with EU guidelines. Our professional and experienced staff have been advising breeders for many years and distribute semen
from approximately 30 association stallions stationed in Elmshorn.
You are responsible for invoicing stud fees. This includes the legally required, correct issuance and posting of all invoices and credit notes.
Your responsibilities:
- Timely recording and creation of outgoing invoices (Germany, EU, third countries)
- As a central interface, you are responsible for the up-to-date and correct flow of information with our partners. This includes communication and customer service for the association stations as well as national and international existing and new customers.
- Master data management (recording of breeding data and conditions, customer data, etc.)
- Communication and coordination with involved departments
- Creation and processing of statistics
- Creation and dispatch of breeding certificates (covering certificates)
Your profile:
- You have successfully completed commercial training
- You find it easy to communicate with our business clients abroad, predominantly in English
- You have an interest in equestrian sports and Holsteiner horse breeding
- An independent and flexible working style and a high degree of reliability are second nature to you
- You are proficient in MS Office
- You enjoy communicating with our Holsteiner breeders in an appreciative and competent manner
