The breeding season has ended and we would like to remind you that veterinary certificates of non-pregnancy must be submitted to the Holsteiner Verband Hengsthaltungs GmbH by 15 October 2024.

Should the Hengsthaltungs GmbH not receive a veterinary certificate of non-pregnancy by 15 October 2024, it will be assumed that a successful covering took place and thus that the mare is in foal, meaning that upon expiry of 15 October 2024 the pregnancy fee for the stallion last used will additionally become due and be invoiced. 

For certificates of non-pregnancy arriving at the office in Elmshorn after 1 November 2024, an additional processing fee of 50.00 euros plus VAT will be charged. For non-pregnancy certificates received at the office in Elmshorn after 31 December 2024, the full pregnancy fee will be invoiced.
