A long-established competition, the Breitenburg Riding Days, is taking place on the castle grounds. A number of association-registered stallions will be competing there:
On Friday 21 June, the runner-up in the State Championships, Vigado by Vigo d’Arsouilles-Quo Vados I (Witt Pferdezucht GbR, Wellinghusen), line 776, will be competing in the Bundeschampionat qualifier (M*).
On Saturday 22 June, Corfu de la Vie by Cumano-Lord (Haras de la Vie/BEL), line 741, Chezarro by Casall-Conteur (Gabriele Kowalski, Stadum), line 1298, and Cahil by Cornet Obolensky-Contender (Manfred von Allwörden, Grönwohld), line 776, are entered in the Youngster M class. Corfu de la Vie and Chezarro will then compete in the M** show jumping for youngsters. In addition, United Way by Uriko-Concerto II (Holsteiner Verband, Elmshorn), line 1916, will compete in the S* class, as well as in the S** class on Sunday (23 June).
Zuccero HV by Zirocco Blue-Caretino (Hanno Köhncke, Badendorf), line 4539, is competing for Sweden in the Longines League of Nations at the five-star show in Rotterdam (NED).
