The Cascadello I-Canto son Clarksville, bred by Norbert Frings (Itzehoe), belonged to the dressage-oriented group of Holsteiner Verband stallions. Last year he was gelded and has now been sold – Clarksville will in future be seen in the dressage arena with Carina Scholz.

The representative of dam line 318D2 initially advanced to become state champion of three-year-old riding horses under the saddle of Kornelia Kindermann. As a four-year-old, he took part in the Bundeschampionate with Mareike Peckholz and repeated his victory in the state championship. Later he moved to the training stable of Kimberly-Elisabeth Kühl, who successfully presented him up to medium (M**) level classes – drawing the attention of record Olympic champion Isabell Werth. With Werth's long-standing rider Niklaas Feilzer, Clarksville collected his first placings at advanced level.

Now Carina Scholz will be allowed to take his saddle: the professional equestrian and Nations Cup rider is a member of the German federal squad and was a reserve rider for the Tokyo Olympic Games.
