At the end of August, Germany’s finest young horses will once again gather in Warendorf for the National Championships. All the stallions earmarked for the event from the stables of Holsteiner Verband Hengsthaltungs GmbH have already secured their places at the young horse competition.
Arne van Heel secured qualification with a victory (8.7) for the five-year-old Kantato by Keaton I-Casall (Manfred Birchler, SUI-Bilten), line 104A. In the same class, United Pleasure by United Way–For Pleasure (Rita Siebke-Baasch), line 2067, finished fifth with a score of 8.3, ridden by Lucas Wenz.
In the six-year-olds’ classification, Deichkind by Don-Limbus (Rasmus Lüneburg, Hetlingen), line 8763, and Union City by United Way-Connor (Alf Bartholomäus, Klein Offenseth), line 18A2, with scores of 8.5 and 8.3, for the final in Warendorf. Lucas Wenz was in the saddle on both of these stallions.
